What are the differences between the WPC and the PVC floor?
1. installation: WPC floor has the advantages of simple installation, convenient construction, especially the complex construction process is not needed, which greatly saves the time and cost of installation; construction and installation of PVC floor is very quick, without cement mortar, the ground conditions are good for environmental protection adhesive bonding, but the construction of basic requirements.
2.PVC floor is afraid of cigarette burns, fear of sharp scratches. WPC floor fire is good, it can effectively fire retardant, fire rating has reached B1 level, fire can extinguish itself, and does not produce any toxic gas.
3.pvc floor is not natural material, it refers to the use of PVC material to produce the floor. Specifically, PVC and Its Copolymerization resins are added as excipients as main raw materials, and then produced on coated continuous substrates by coating process or calendering, extrusion or extrusion process. Wood and plastic composite WPC floor is a new type of composite material with high performance and high added value, which is made of wood as main raw material and treated by proper treatment.
4.PVC floor has good thermal conductivity, even heat dissipation, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and it is more stable. The poor conductor of the WPC floor, if the external environment temperature changes greatly, then the surface and the inner surface are not evenly distributed, it is easy to produce expansion and contraction deformation, etc., which will shorten the life of the wood plastic floor for a long time.
